Join Heliotope Architecture founder Jane Caught discussing the practice’s experiences to date in developing an emerging architecture practice that aims to restore and regenerate within existing construction frameworks - an industry responsible for over a third of Australia’s carbon emissions, as well as exploitative extraction processes and biodiversity destruction.

Situated within Fishermans Bend, Heliotope is adjacent to local manufacturers and supply chains and actively investigating circular material opportunities, strategies for improving human experience within the precinct, and opportunities for encouraging local biodiversity.

Jane will outline Heliotope’s experience to date in trialling new materials and methodologies that look to contribute towards a more responsible way of building and creating spaces for people.
