Welcoming ROMULUS Folio as The Gladstone Artist in Resident

In partnership with Greystar, we are delighted to announce that ROMULUS Folio, led by Angelina Mirabito, will be moving into The Gladstone as our Artist in Residence. From April 2025, Angelina and Scott will transform an empty retail space into a temporary gallery and arts hub which aims to foster collaboration in Fisherman’s Bend through programs that promote community engagement and accessibility and support creative industries.

The ROMULUS folio Gallery will feature a curated selection of paintings, site-specific installations, and new works developed during the residency. Visitors will have the opportunity to see the creative process firsthand, attend workshops, and explore how contemporary art transforms space and perception. With a strong focus on sustainability, projects will explore sustainable art practices—repurposing materials like used canvases, shipping pallets converted into canvases and mannequins into sculptures, prototyping impact walls, and exhibiting them—aligning with an ongoing documentary on the transformative power of art and collaboration.
