Calling all inventors, startups, innovation stakeholders and investors - we need your input!

Space Tank want your input to create a more level playing field where hardware startups who are developing physical products, are valued, supported and succeed in our startup ecosystem.

When: Wednesday 28 August, 9.30am to 12noon, with refreshments provided
Where: Level 1, 650 Lorimer Street, Port Melbourne

Supported by FB IDEAs, Space Tank Studio are exploring the opportunities to develop a new kind of incubator and ecosystem to support physical-product startups and innovation in Fishermans Bend. In particular, the focus will be on assisting entrepreneurs to prototype their concepts and provide pathways to assist in commercialisation and investment.

Building on a decade of experience from their North Coburg site, the vision for the Startup Factory is a place for like-minded people to come together and ideate solutions, develop prototypes and drive competitive advantage by de-risking the development of hardware startups.

On Wednesday 28th of August, they will be hosting a workshop in Fishermans Bend to bring stakeholders together to explore the issues, needs and opportunities for the Startup Factory.  Even if you are not available on that date, they are interested in hearing diverse perspectives and conducting other online and face to face meetings.
